Søren Rud Kristensen

Dr Søren Rud Kristensen is Associate Professor at the University of Southern Denmark, Honorary Senior Lecturer in Health Economics at the Centre for Health Policy at the Institute of Global Health Innovation at Imperial College London, and Honorary Senior Lecturer in Health Economics at the University of Manchester. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Southern Denmark. Dr Kristensen’s research focuses on the organisation and performance of the health care sector with a particular interest in the design and effects of incentives for the cost and quality of care. His research takes point of departure in agency theory and often involves the microeconometric analysis of large administrative data sets.
